TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Service Agreement:

By engaging WestClean Solutions for carpet cleaning or professional cleaning services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Service Scope:

Our services include carpet cleaning and professional cleaning as specified in the agreed-upon contract. Any additional services requested will be subject to additional charges.

3. Pricing and Payment:

Payment is due upon scheduling of services, unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Access and Security:

Clients must provide access to the premises at the scheduled time. WestClean Solutions is not liable for any security-related issues that may arise during service provision.

6. Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for clearing the areas to be cleaned of personal items and valuables. Carpets and surfaces should be accessible and free from obstacles.

 

7. Satisfaction Guarantee:

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to address and resolve the issue promptly.

Although we strive for client satisfaction we do not guarantee pet stains and other stains.

 

8. Liability:

WestClean Solutions will exercise due care during services. However, we are not liable for damages to pre-existing conditions, items, or surfaces.

9. Health and Safety:

Clients are responsible for informing WestClean Solutions of any health or safety concerns related to the cleaning process.

 

10. Confidentiality:

All client information and details related to services will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without consent.

 

11. Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in accordance with these laws.

 

12. Modifications:

WestClean Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
